Brezzano Shoes ("Brezzano", "we", "us" or "our") is a brand operated by Horizon Ridge Limited Liability Company, a limited liability company registered in the State of Arizona, United States (Arizona Corporation Commission Business ID 25127618), with its registered business address at 4539 N 22nd St, Ste N, Phoenix, AZ 85016, United States.

2. Accepting these terms

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

The version that applies to your order is the one published on our website when you place the order.

3. Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter into a legally binding contract. Our products are sold to consumers for personal use, not for resale.

4. Products

• We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural materials such as leather and suede can vary slightly in grain and shade from pair to pair.
• Sizes are shown in EU sizes. Each product page has a size guide to help you choose. Fit can differ slightly between styles.
• Materials are listed in the description of each product.
• All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you in full.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

• Our prices are set in US dollars (USD). If you choose euros (EUR) or British pounds (GBP) with the currency selector, prices are converted at the exchange rate we set. The total shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged in that currency.
• Your bank or card issuer may charge its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fees. These are not set by us.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay (see our Shipping Policy). Any sales tax or VAT collected by us is shown at checkout. Import duties and taxes charged by your country may apply on delivery.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you have received an order confirmation, as long as the order has not shipped.

6. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. We email you an order confirmation to show we have received it. This email is not yet an acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you the shipping confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order before shipping, for example if a product is unavailable, the price was incorrect, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we refund any payment in full.

7. Payment

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. The available options are shown at checkout.
• Payment is taken when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we never store your full card details.
• Klarna: if you choose Klarna, your payment is provided by Klarna under Klarna's own terms and may be subject to a credit check by Klarna. Klarna payment options are only available in supported countries and to eligible customers.
• Discount codes are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be used once per order, unless stated otherwise.

8. Shipping and delivery

Delivery areas, costs and times are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment, and risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you gave us.

9. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You can return products within 14 days of delivery under our Return Policy. EU and UK consumers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in the Return Policy together with a model withdrawal form.

10. Product quality and legal guarantees

We make sure our products are as described and free from manufacturing defects when delivered. If a product is faulty or not as described, please follow the steps in section 7 of our Return Policy.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents and failure to follow care instructions are not covered.

If you live in the EU or UK, you have legal rights under the consumer law of your country, including the legal guarantee of conformity. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and apart from what is stated in these terms, we do not give any other warranties, whether express or implied. Some jurisdictions do not allow implied warranties to be excluded, so this exclusion may not apply to you.

11. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential, because you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account. We may suspend accounts that are used in breach of these terms.

12. Reviews and content you send us

If you post a review, comment or photo, it must be honest, lawful and your own. By posting, you allow us to use, reproduce and display it, free of charge, on our website and in our marketing, with your first name or username. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights.

13. Intellectual property

The Brezzano name and logo, product photos, texts, graphics and website design are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

14. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use our website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• try to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• introduce viruses or harmful code
• use automated tools to scrape content
• place orders with someone else's payment details

15. Third-party services and links

Our website uses third-party services, such as payment providers, Klarna and Google Translate, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms. Translated versions of our pages are produced automatically and are for convenience only. If there is any difference, the English version applies.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as loss of profits or opportunities
• our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Nothing limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses and costs caused by your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website. This does not apply to any normal use of our website or to the exercise of your consumer rights.

18. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, war, strikes, carrier or customs disruption, and internet or power failures. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you, and you may cancel for a full refund of any product not yet shipped.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the competent state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

If you are a consumer living in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, you keep the protection of those laws, and you may also bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence.

Before starting any legal claim, please contact us at info@brezzanoshoes.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally within 30 days. Most issues can be solved quickly by email.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect orders placed before the change.

21. General

• If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business, but this will not reduce your rights.
• These terms, together with the policies referred to in them, are the entire agreement between you and us for your order.
