Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@brezzanoshoes.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once your order has shipped, you can return it under our Return Policy.

Yes. Our checkout uses an encrypted (SSL) connection, and payments are handled by secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and all European Union countries. Other destinations are only available if they appear at checkout.

Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from order to your door, including 1–3 business days to process your order. Peak periods and customs checks can add a few days.

Shipping is free on orders of $125 or more. Below that, standard tracked shipping costs $9.95, or the equivalent in your currency. The exact cost is shown at checkout.

Possibly. Some orders ship from warehouses outside your country. Depending on your country's import rules, duties, VAT or fees may be charged on delivery, unless they were collected at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. The first tracking update can take 24–72 hours to appear.

Our shoes are shipped from more than one warehouse, so pairs in one order can arrive separately. This never costs you extra, and every package has its own tracking.

Email info@brezzanoshoes.com if your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or if your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days. We will investigate with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if your parcel is lost.

You can return shoes within 14 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn outdoors and in their original, undamaged shoebox with all tags. Full details are in our Return Policy.

Email info@brezzanoshoes.com with your order number, the items you want to return and whether you want a refund or an exchange. We reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Please don't send returns to our business address.

You pay for return shipping, unless your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. In those cases, we cover it.

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it. Klarna refunds appear in your Klarna app.

Yes. Ask for an exchange when you contact us. Once your return has been sent with tracking, we ship your new size free of charge, as long as it is available.

We're sorry! Email info@brezzanoshoes.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or give a full refund.

All our shoes are listed in EU sizes. The size guide on each product page shows the matching US and UK sizes and the foot length in centimetres.

Measure your foot at the end of the day, when feet are at their largest:

• Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
• Mark the tip of your longest toe.
• Measure the distance in centimetres.

Some styles run slightly large. When you see this note on a product page, we recommend choosing one size smaller than you normally wear.

For formal shoes, we usually recommend the larger size. Leather shoes give a little with wear, but a pair that is too short will not. If the product page says to size down, follow that advice instead.

No problem. You can exchange your shoes for another size within 14 days of delivery. See Exchanges.

Materials differ by style. Our collection includes smooth leather, suede, patent and other premium finishes. You can find the exact materials of each pair in the description on its product page.

• Wipe off dirt with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
• Use cedar shoe trees to keep the shape.
• Polish regularly with a cream in a matching colour.
• Let shoes rest for a day between wears.
• Never dry wet shoes on a heater. Stuff them with paper and let them dry naturally.

• Spray with a suede protector before the first wear.
• Brush gently with a suede brush to lift the nap and remove dust.
• Avoid heavy rain.
• Use a suede eraser for small marks.

We photograph our shoes as accurately as possible, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen. Natural materials such as leather and suede can also vary slightly from pair to pair, which is part of their character.
